Arik provides legal counsel and aggressive rights protection to defendants in all criminal law matters, including:
- Federal crimes
- Drug crimes
Mr. Benari focused his practice on defending those that stand accused of criminal conduct by the government. Leaving a successful career in the corporate world, Mr. Benari spent the past decade devoted to protecting the civil rights of our citizens, one case at a time. As he says:
I started this firm for one reason, to protect the rights of the accused and to win against a system that is set up to strip people of those rights all too often. When someone hires us, they know right away that they have a dedicated team of professionals with a record of success behind them. We fight hard, in and out of the courtroom, every hour of every day. It’s in our blood, and we’re always hungry for our next ‘Not Guilty’.
Mr. Benari is an active member of the Bar Associations of Delaware County, Philadelphia, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Benari is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Trial Lawyers Association of America.
Mr. Benari has had a diverse and prosperous career in business and law, and he brings a multitude of high end skills to the table to help him get the best possible results in every case. He pursued his entire education in Pennsylvania, culminating with his graduation from one of the top trial schools in the country, Temple University School of Law. Mr. Benari lives in the Greater Philadelphia region with his wife, his two young children, and the family dog who sometimes visits the office.
Outside of the office, Mr. Benari sits on a number of charity boards and works closely with a few select community organizations like the ALS Association and UNICEF. Mr. Benari has donated time teaching self-defense to rape victims, providing free legal services to first responders, and raising money for local community projects.
Mr. Benari is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and can often be found attending 76ers, Eagles and Phillies games, and participates in a number of charities run by local athletes. He holds three black belts in three different martial arts, played lacrosse for the University of Pittsburgh, and led his high school soccer team to a state championship as captain.
Arik Ben-Ari is phenomenal at his profession and very dependable. Arik was quick to respond to my inquiry regarding my legal issue. He gave me a thorough edification on what to expect with my particular situation. He also informed me of everything he would be doing to during the process. I found him very personable and understanding of my predicament. As bad as I felt, he was reassuring and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance if they are confronted with a DUI.
Top Notch!! I hired Arik after i got misrepresented by another lawyer. I asked Arik if he felt my case was winnable he was upfront and let me know it was and he was right on point. He surpassed that and then some. I got a DUI and Arik got me a NOT GUILTY verdict he is super knowledgeable!! I would recommend this lawyer to anyone.Thank you Arik you are the best!! -Pete, a DUI client
Don't trust anyone else with your case. Arik's team really made a difference for our family when we needed help. By defending our son and keeping him home with us instead of sitting in a jail somewhere, Arik kept our family together and gave us back the future we thought we'd lost. I never expected to be treated with such professionalism. Thank you guys... for everything.
